For years our designs have begun in the 3D environment. Modeling our projects in 3D software from the earliest schematics have given us a valuable tool in relaying design concepts to our clients and their stakeholders. We continue to develop the model through construction documents including finishes and colors to give our clients a realistic view of their building before construction begins. As a part of our basic services, these renderings and walk thrus are a true asset especially in projects where fundraising is a key component.
